Here are some of the questions that we are frequently asked before you take on the room.

No, the room is designed to be family friendly but provide a realistic experience. Effects are in use and can be restricted, if you have any concerns please let us know in advance.

We don't want to give too much away, sound effects, lighting effects and smoke machines may be in use. Please let us know before you enter the room if you suffer from epilepsy or think these may effect you.
All of our FX can be restricted or switched off, additional lighting may also be available. Please let us know if you require this before you enter the room.

Of course, our rooms are designed with this in mind. We would recommend keeping a smaller group size, you can leave the room at any time by pressing the emergency door release. Our Game Masters are also keeping a close eye on the room and can assist if any issues occur.

Our escape rooms are designed as an adult experience, however we do welcome family groups with a minimum age of 8. We do recommend the games are played with players 12+, players under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. These experiences are not suitable for young childrens parties.

Yes, our rooms are designed with safety being the number one priority. Your experience is monitored throughout the whole duration by your Game Master, they are on hand to assist should they need to.

This very much depends on the circumstance, we allow carers into the room to assist customers with disabilities free of charge, guide dogs are also welcome in the room. Please contact us to discuss specific circumstances before you book.

We require 48 hours notice prior to your session time with cancellations. If you need to cancel last minute we will try our best to rearrange for another time, however this cannot be guaranteed.
