Before you book
How many people can play?
Each room takes 2 to 6 players. For groups of 13 or more, contact us and we'll put a package together.
Is there an age limit?
Our rooms are designed for adults, but families are welcome with a minimum age of 8. We recommend players are 12+, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. The rooms aren't suitable for young children's parties.
Can somebody with additional needs take part?
It depends on the circumstances. Carers can join the room free of charge to support players with disabilities, and guide dogs are welcome. Please get in touch to talk it through before you book.
What's your cancellation policy?
We need 48 hours' notice to cancel. If something comes up at the last minute we'll do our best to move you to another time, but we can't guarantee it.
In the room
Is it scary?
No. The rooms are family-friendly but built to feel real. Effects can be turned down. If you have any concerns, tell us before your game.
What effects do you use?
We don't want to give too much away, but there may be sound effects, lighting effects and smoke machines. Let us know before you go in if you have epilepsy or think these might affect you. All effects can be turned down or off, and we may be able to add extra lighting.
I'm claustrophobic. Can I still play?
Yes, our rooms are designed with this in mind. A smaller group helps, and you can leave at any time using the emergency door release. Your Game Master is watching throughout and can help if anything comes up. Note that Dino Deadlock needs at least one player who's comfortable in a tight space.
Is it safe?
Yes. Safety is our first priority, and your Game Master monitors your whole game and is on hand if you need them.
